This is the final report. During this Task Force, the round-ups continued. These round-ups took approximately 99 wild horses. These round ups were not reported by either the Sandoval County Signpost nor any other New Mexico paper.<\/p>\n<p>The owner\/editor of the Signpost in fact participated in the round ups per a police report which is listed on the last page of the WHOA 2016 March newsletter.\u00c2\u00a0 The Task Force came out with some reasonable recommendations, however, apparently not what the County was looking for.\u00c2\u00a0 Though tax payers paid $23K for this work, nothing was ever implemented.\u00c2\u00a0 WHOA participated up until just prior to publication, but removed their support due to the lack of inclusion of certain information to the exclusion of other.<a href=\"https:\/\/whoanm.org\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Final-Task-Force-Report.pdf\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-379\" src=\"https:\/\/whoanm.org\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/New-Mexico-First-Task-Force.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"695\" height=\"900\" srcset=\"https:\/\/whoanm.org\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/New-Mexico-First-Task-Force.jpg 695w, https:\/\/whoanm.org\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/New-Mexico-First-Task-Force-232x300.jpg 232w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 695px) 100vw, 695px\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/whoanm.org\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Final-Task-Force-Report.pdf\">Final Task Force Report<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NEW MEXICO FIRST TASK FORCE: Hired by Sandoval County Manager.
