NM Livestock Board PZP Registration Disallows Use on NM Horses

The New Mexico Livestock Board granted approval of use of PZP in New Mexico, however,    it did so in a manner which effectively bars its use on any horses in New Mexico.  In the NMLB’s cynical statement , it attempts to incorrectly lay the blame for the restrictions of use on the EPA and the manufacturer; both these claims are easily rebutted with the documentation from both the EPA and the manufacturer.
